in vitro Fertilization

The 5th International Symposium on Pacific squid (9-15 October 2010) was held in La Paz, Mexico and was hosted by the Centro de Investigaciones Biológicas del Noroeste (CIBNOR). It included a workshop entitled "Considerations for in vitro embryonic development in Dosidicus gigas: theory and practice", kindly organized by Susana Camarillo-Coop and César A. Salinas-Zavala. As a conclusion of the workshop, participants compiled their published and unpublished methodologies into a user-friendly “cooking recipe” to be used in future research.
